MUCH-AWAITED GRADUATION HELD IN LILONGWE
Graduation is a milestone that leaves a lasting impression on every student. It marks the culmination of years of dedication, learning, and personal growth. For many graduates, it is also a special occasion shared with friends and classmates who have journeyed together since their first day of study.
Logos Ministries conducted a series of much-anticipated graduation ceremonies across Malawi between July 2025 and March 2026. The main graduation ceremony was held on 11th November 2025 at the Logos Ministries campus in Lilongwe. The event brought together students, church leaders, family members, and friends to celebrate the achievements of graduates who had completed their theological studies.
It was a joyful and colorful occasion as graduates proudly donned their academic attire after years of hard work and commitment. Throughout their training, students were equipped with the Word of God as well as the knowledge, skills, and practical expertise necessary for effective Christian leadership and ministry.
A total of 500 students graduated during the ceremony. Each graduate received a certificate in recognition of the successful completion of their studies.
The Guest of Honour, Mrs Zerath Kajawa, challenged the graduates to put their knowledge and skills into practice in their respective ministries.
“Today is your big day as you graduate,” he said. “More importantly, use the knowledge and skills you have acquired to make a positive difference in your churches, communities, and the nation.”
Speaking at the event, Mr Manuel Kamnkhwani, National Director of Logos Ministries, congratulated the graduates on their achievement and dedication. He reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to providing quality theological education and continuing its role as a leading institution for theological training in Malawi.
Representatives of the students expressed their gratitude to Logos Ministries for providing affordable theological education through subsidized tuition fees. They also pledged to apply what they had learned in their ministries and communities.
“We will carry our candles to light up the world,” said Chiputula, the student representative.
This graduation marked the fourth ceremony held by Logos Ministries since the organisation began its operations in Malawi in 2006. Over the years, Logos has conducted similar graduation ceremonies at various training centres in both the Northern and Southern regions of the country.
Logos Ministries remains committed to its mission of equipping Christian leaders through sound biblical training, guided by its motto: “Get Back to Biblical Basics.”
