Mentorship Training

MENTORSHIP TRAINING UNDERWAY IN CHIKWAWA

Logos Ministries conducted a 2-day mentorship training for its trainees from Tuesday 5th May to Wednesday 6th May 2026 at Kukhala Motel in Chikwawa District. This training brought together local facilitators for Logos Training in various centres across the Southern Region.   The objectives of this training are to:

·         Promote Scriptural familiarisation and deep understanding of core Christian doctrines rooted in Scripture and/or Reformed Tradition.

·         Multiply servant-leaders who model Christ-like character and can fully represent organisational objectives.

·         Enhance biblical exposition, sermon structure, and delivery techniques.

·         Promote Christian character development and stewardship through faithful management of resources, time, and the welfare of the participants.

Logos Ministries views mentorship programs as essential for its staff and trainees, helping nurture spiritual growth, develop leadership skills, and ensure the long-term health and continuity of the church and ministry. These programs foster a culture of "iron sharpening iron," in which experienced leaders guide emerging leaders, creating a supportive network that strengthens the overall ministry.

The two-day training is being facilitated by Mr Manuel Kamnkhwani (LOGOS National Director) and Pastor E. Mwale (Central Region Training Coordinator)
