AN APOLOGETICS SEMINAR AT JENDA, MZIMBA DISTRICT
Following the successful Apologetics Seminar held at the Logos Campus in Lilongwe, the team together with the facilitator travelled to Jenda in Mzimba District, where a second seminar was conducted from 16–17 July 2026 at Global Divine Church.
The seminar was designed to equip church leaders to address the growing challenges of secularism, scepticism, and competing worldviews. Participants received practical, intellectual, and biblical tools to respond confidently to difficult questions about the Christian faith, strengthen believers, and effectively engage seekers with the Gospel. The training also empowered church leaders to disciple their congregations with greater confidence and biblical conviction.
The two-day seminar brought together 65 Christians from various congregations across the district. The facilitator, Mr Kennedy Gondwe, expressed his appreciation for the excellent attendance and was encouraged by the participants' eagerness to learn and actively engage with the training. He guided participants through key apologetics principles and practical approaches for defending and communicating the Christian faith within the Southern African context.
During the closing session, Logos Ministries National Director, Mr M. Kamnkhwani, challenged participants to apply the knowledge they had gained in their churches and ministries. He encouraged them to share what they had learned with others so that sound biblical teaching and effective Christian witness could continue to spread throughout their communities.
Mr Kennedy Gondwe serves as the Coordinator of the Centre for Apologetics Research (Southern Africa), where he is actively involved in equipping Christians across the region to defend and communicate the Christian faith with biblical wisdom, clarity, and confidence.
